JLF8L-1038 (1451) (2258) Cylindrical gPV Fuse Link
The JLF8L fuse element features a variable cross-section design and is made from high-purity silver strips or finely wound silver wire. It is soldered with low-melting-point tin and enclosed in a high-strength ceramic fuse tube.
The interior of the tube is filled with specially treated, high-purity quartz sand, which serves as an efficient arc-extinguishing medium.
Both ends of the fuse element are firmly connected to the metal terminals using precision electric welding, ensuring stable conductivity and reliable performance in high-voltage DC protection systems.
