Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Simply log in to your Juneluc account, go to “My Orders”, select the relevant order, and you will find the receipt available for viewing or download in PDF format.
If you placed the order as a guest, please check your email — a copy of the receipt is automatically sent once the order is confirmed.

How can I return an item?

Returning an item is easy at Juneluc.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt.

Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and address.
